Ingredients:
- 8ozs (225g) fresh raspberries
- 4 free range eggs
- 125g plain flour
- 3 tablespoons runny honey
- 25g lactose free butter or margarine
- 600ml KARA Dairy Free Milk
Method:
- Gently rinse the raspberries in cold water & drain.
- Beat the eggs.
- Very gently warm the KARA Dairy Free Milk.
- Slowly beat in the flour, honey and KARA Dairy Free Milk.
- Put the raspberries into a greased baking dish and cover them with the batter mixture.
- Bake at 200°C for about 35 minutes.
- Serve with dairy free ice cream or custard made with
Kara Dairy Free Milk.
