Recipes   RASPBERRY CLAFOUTIS  

Ingredients:

  • 8ozs (225g) fresh raspberries
  • 4 free range eggs
  • 125g plain flour
  • 3 tablespoons runny honey
  • 25g lactose free butter or margarine
  • 600ml KARA Dairy Free Milk

Method:

  1. Gently rinse the raspberries in cold water & drain.
  2. Beat the eggs.
  3. Very gently warm the KARA Dairy Free Milk.
  4. Slowly beat in the flour, honey and KARA Dairy Free Milk.
  5. Put the raspberries into a greased baking dish and cover them with the batter mixture.
  6. Bake at 200°C for about 35 minutes.
  7. Serve with dairy free ice cream or custard made with
    Kara Dairy Free Milk.
